We hope you love your PAUS purchase.

If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or return for store credit.

Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the product value, allowing you to choose something else from PAUS.

Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

Returns

If you'd like to return your purchase, we'll issue store credit equal to the product value once the returned item passes our quality check.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credit does not expire.

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup wherever possible.

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup service in most serviceable locations across India.

In areas where pickup service is unavailable, you may self-ship the item to us. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹200 upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share photographs of the product and packaging, or an unboxing video.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events

  • Gift cards

  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Processing Timelines

  • Exchange requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Store credit is issued within 24 hours of quality check approval.

  • Return requests are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.
