At PAUS, every order is packed with care and thoughtfully prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India.

We're working towards international shipping and hope to make PAUS available globally soon.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹125 is charged at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

During collection launches, festive periods, or promotional events, delivery timelines may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order reaches you with the care it deserves.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Updating Your Delivery Address

Need to make a change?

Please contact us before your order is dispatched and we'll do our best to help.

Unfortunately, once a shipment has been handed over to our courier partner, we're unable to modify the delivery address.

Out of Stock Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll contact you directly.

You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or receive store credit for the unavailable product.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or operational disruptions.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeline, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

We'll investigate the matter with our courier partner and work towards a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

For eligible orders, we offer easy exchanges and returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
